In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, or you wish to return the item, then no problem.
We offer a 30-day return policy.

Please include your order number (can be found on your order confirmation email or in the orders section of your account) along with the reason you are requesting the return.
We are unable to accept unwanted orders that are returned outside of the 30-days.
Refunds will be processed as soon as we receive the returned item(s).
Please note, some products are excluded from our 30-day return policy such as food, perishable items, personalised products. These products cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty.
